IT Recruiter Qualification - Graduate Experience - At least 2+ years of work experience as a Recruiter Job Description: Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Source potential candidates on LinkedIn/Naukri/Monster/CV Library & other platforms. Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Excellent understanding of ATS. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements and ensuring collection of relevant information in the database. Presenting most suitable candidate profiles for internal/external reviews. Arranging interviews on phone/video/in-person. Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. Initiating onboarding of selected candidates. Performing background and reference checks. Reaching out for current job openings to passive candidates & consistently following up with prospective candidates. Skills Required Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter with minimum 2 years’ experience Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Solid knowledge of sourcing and work well in fast paced environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and work effectively as a team player
