Job: Team Lead French /Italian Location: Gurgaon Experience: 3+ Years Shift: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24x7) Requirements: Communication and Behavioral Skills Experience with coaching people, strong communication and feedback skills Objective and analytical approach to decision making Strong work ethics and ability to work with minimal supervision Fluent in spoken and written English Excellent interpersonal skills Technical / Functional Skills Proven ability to become an expert in new technologies in a short time frame Strong understanding of online advertising Familiarity with other ad-serving platforms High degree of MS Excel proficiency (including features such as Functions and PivotTables) The ability to create new materials, training decks of a high standard when required
