Job: Business Analyst-SA Location: Pune Job Description: The business analyst is responsible for finding efficiencies within the team. The analyst is in charge of all invoicing and asset management functions. The analyst works with procurement on all CHC requests. The analyst sends out daily tracking of all open procurement requests. The position works with all telecom and datacom providers to find efficiencies. The analyst works closely with the date center team on cross connect and circuit turn ups and turn downs. The business analyst works with management on budget tracking Skills and qualifications: Excellent customer service in face-to-face, telephone, or electronic interaction with clients Telecom billing expertise Detail orientated and accounting profiency Working with vendors to gain efficiencies and cost savings Assisting leadership with disconnects and implementations Validating purchase order receipts Asset management requests for all of healthcare Working closely with procurement on requests Ability to maintain calm under pressure Highly adaptable to changes and process adjustments in a changing environment Excellent time management skills Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently, ability to prioritize projects and duties A sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments"
