Role: Junior Associate- Legal location: Bangalore This role will require 3 months assessment internship before a full-time appointment. Responsibilities: Support the Legal Team with: maintaining and updating the contract lifecycle management software. legal research and analysis. various legal projects to ensure the company’s compliance with the latest international laws. Reviewing company policies, guidelines, and initiatives from a legal perspective. Assisting with signing of documents and follow up for execution of documents. Coordinate with other departments for approvals and policy compliance. Participate in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial documents such as statements of works, change orders, order forms, amendments, NDAs etcetera. Desired Candidate Profile: LLB graduate from a reputed college. 0–1-year experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent and professional command of the English language in a written and verbal capacity. Excellent organizational skills, operate with a high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage conflicting priorities while respecting tight deadlines. Proven ability to establish professional working relationships with colleagues. Possess excellent interpersonal and strategic thinking skills. Well-versed in MS Office products.
