Description:
To manage Business Development of Life Insurance products, planning and implementation of business plan to achieve desired sales objective for the assigned region. Responsible for the sales budget across all products of Life Insurance sourced through branches / other channels. Maintain the highest ethical standards and quality for business scorecards. Conduct periodic training for the Group business channel staff on product features, process rollout , and refresher modules. Manage the group business channel/ hierarchy relation at the the regional level and coordinate for service requirements with the operations team. Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with the group business channels and insurers to drive business across product zones. Excellent management of channels and aggressive branch activation and sales/revenue generation
