Job Description: Business Executive - Home Loan (DSA Vertical) Location: Ahmedabad, Surat, and Rajkot We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Executive to join our team in the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical for Home Loans. As a Business Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling home loan products to prospective customers in Ahmedabad, Surat, and Rajkot regions. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Promote and sell home loan products to potential customers in the assigned territory. Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns. Conduct thorough client needs analysis to understand their financial requirements and provide suitable home loan solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Follow up with leads and prospects, providing timely and accurate information about home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan application process, from documentation to disbursal. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization. Requirements: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the banking, financial services, or real estate sectors. Strong knowledge of home loan products, mortgage industry practices, and documentation requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the banking or financial services industry.
