Outcomes In your first year with us, you will achieve the following: Talent Acquisition: Fill open positions in an average of 90 days for senior positions (managers and above, consultant doctors) and 60 days for others. Run a tight pipeline where candidates spend an average of 10 days.Talent Retention: Reduce nursing staff turnover by 20% and non-nursing by 10%.Employee Engagement: Increase employee engagement scores by 30% through strategic initiatives and feedback mechanisms within the first 12 months. Performance Management: Implement a robust performance management system that aligns with AHI goals in 6 months. HR Policies & Compliance: Review, update, and ensure 100% compliance with current labor laws and healthcare regulations. Competencies You possess the following attributes: Ownership. You have designed and implemented onboarding, performance management, engagement, and retention activities to nurture employees. Experience. You have led HR teams in A+ services organizations, ideally in healthcare or hospitality, and have a strong understanding of the compliance requirements. Communication. You bridge teams with clear, empathetic, and constructive communication, fostering trust and inclusivity while resolving conflicts with respect.
