Description:

Responsibilities : Project Management :- Manage ServiceNow projects from inception to completion, including ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, Discovery, 3rd party integrations, and other modules.- Define project scope, establish measurable goals, and develop project timelines.- Manage project resources, budget, and risks.- Plan and execute release cycles using Agile Scrum methodology.- Facilitate project activities, including training, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, stakeholders).- Attend project governance meetings and scrum ceremonies.- Manage project escalations and ensure effective stakeholder communication.ServiceNow Expertise :- Possess in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its core functionalities.- Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs.- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for automation purposes.Technical Skills : Possess a good understanding of networking, infrastructure, and cloud concepts.Qualifications :- 10+ years of total experience in project management.- 6 -15 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment.- Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow projects on time and within budget.- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, Discovery, etc. ) and customization best practices.- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.- Basic understanding of networking, infrastructure, and cloud concepts.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Certifications (Preferred) :- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (ITSM + various tracks) (ref:hirist.tech)
