Designation : Technical Business AnalystNo. of Positions : 1Experience : 3-4 YearsLocation : GurgaonAbout The Role : - BA works with the organization, to help/achieve the business goals/targets, by improving the processes and systems. - BA must conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to businesses and operations. - Business Analysis involves understanding changing business needs, assessing their impact, identifying requirements, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. - BA contributes actively to the organization's profitability and sustainability. - BA guide organizations to improve the process and quality of products and services. Key Responsibilities : - Evaluating business processes, predicting requirements, designing, and implementing solutions. - Staying updated on the latest changes in the system to automate processes and improve efficiency. - Analyzing business processes and communicating feedback to other team members and management.- Planning and monitoring business growth with a regular check on systems. - Responsible for the smooth flow of the operations/business/marketing/agent calling systems. - Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis with the outside competitors. - Regular Reporting and Analysis along with T-SQL Queries, Power BI dashboards/reports. - Managing competing resources and priorities with a regular check on deliverables.- End-to-end product/process management regular reviews, reporting issues/problems. - Providing temporary solutions to the floor/calling team, to make them move ahead without any bottle-necks. - Providing permanent solutions to the product/business team, to make sure there are no such recurring issues/problems.Skill Required :- T-SQL proficiency in DML statements in MS SQL. - REST/HTTP API Knowledge and usage with Postman. - Software systems understanding and strong usage skills. - SWOT and GAP Analysis and findings with proper resolutions. - Strong test-cases/use-cases resolution.- Strong Data Analysis and Data Reporting. - Vendors/Lenders/Partners communications and collaborations.- Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities.- Power BI dashboards/reports is a plus.Qualification Background : Any Graduate, Postgraduate can apply.
