About the Company : This Singapore-based startup focuses on creating web3 products, including Hunch, an anonymous social media app. They're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and maintain pipelines for training and deploying machine learning models used in their applications.Responsibilities : - Design, build, and manage ML pipelines for training, testing, and deployment.- Create reusable templates for efficient model training and deployment.- Design serving architectures for low latency and high throughput.- Implement CI/CD tools to automate the ML lifecycle.- Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for production ML models.- Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.- Ensure consistent pipeline runs and API responses across environments.- Implement best practices for logging, versioning, and monitoring to ensure traceability and reproducibility.- Develop high-performance, extensible ML APIs in collaboration with AI scientists.- Mentor the DevOps team on ML architectures, tools, and best practices.Qualifications : - 3+ years of experience in productionizing and maintaining ML pipelines.Proficiency in : - Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.- CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Github Actions, or CircleCI.- ML experiment tracking and monitoring tools (MLFlow, Neptune, TensorBoard).- Monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).- Workflow management tools (Airflow).- Infrastructure as code tools (Terraform).- AWS cloud services.- Understanding of ML models and workflows for debugging purposes.Benefits : - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Hybrid work model with a base location in New Delhi.- Meritocratic, open, and diverse company culture.- Company trips and virtual team-building activities.
