Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) ManagerLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager with at least 8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement QA policies and procedures to ensure high-quality product development and delivery. - Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and customer support, to define quality standards and requirements.- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of software products, identifying and documenting defects and areas for improvement.- Establish and maintain QA metrics and reports to track progress and identify trends, making data-driven decisions to improve overall quality.- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline QA processes and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- At least 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a minimum of 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, including automated testing techniques.- Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams, with a focus on mentorship, coaching, and performance management.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality products and exceptional user experiences.- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus.- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or Six Sigma are desirable.
