Job Description : Urgent Requirement for the post of Business Analyst.Education : Btech / BE.- Analyze client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.- Translate stakeholder requirements into over 10 different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.- Conduct 5+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration, and performance to verify the client's needs are met.- Analyze client's business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.- Communicate client's business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models.- Creating solution documents, BRD, FRD, FRS, AN, Use cases.- Improve the performance of the reports with the collaboration of the technical team.- Interacting with Business Teams/Users for issues raised regarding the functionality of the Applications.- Asses the issues find a resolution and communicate the same to the Business/User.- Interact with Application Development Team in case Change is required for fixing an issue.- Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements.- Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications, and training resulting in increased company revenue.- Recording efforts in Incident management tool (ref:hirist.tech)
