We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of digital solutions. You will leverage your expertise in project management methodologies, web technologies, and business acumen to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.Responsibilities:Project Leadership:- Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.- Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure (waterfall and agile methodologies).- Prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.Technical Expertise:- Possess a strong grasp of current web technologies (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, IBM Sterling OMS, Monetate) and related business issues (a plus).- Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development lifecycles (waterfall and agile).- Effectively define and refine technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Communication and Collaboration:- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (clients, vendors).- Clearly document project plans, progress reports, and key decisions using tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PPT.- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure project clarity and alignment.General Skills:- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on project efficiency and quality.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve project issues.- Proactive and resourceful with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Enthusiastic and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a digital or technology-driven environment.- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile preferred).- Experience with PMI or PMP certification (preferred).- Experience working with e-commerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (a plus).- Experience with order management systems like IBM Sterling OMS (a plus).- Experience with optimization tools like Monetate (a plus).- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PPT.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
