You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create impactful and accessible solutions.Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a technology strategy that aligns with Mhymatch's mission, resulting in industry-leading AI-powered solutions.- Optimize financial resources to ensure technology investments deliver maximum ROI and support sustainable growth.- Enhance customer experience through innovative AI, VUI, and API integrations, leading to higher engagement and satisfaction.- Streamline operational processes using AI and machine learning, achieving efficiency and excellence in product delivery.- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning within the technology team, enhancing skills in Vertex AI, Gemini, OpenAI, and system architecture.- Lead the development of scalable and secure system architectures, ensuring robustness and reliability in our technology offerings.- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and data security, setting a benchmark for excellence in the industry.- Foster partnerships with technology leaders and communities, enhancing Mhymatchs visibility and access to cutting-edge innovations.- Champion affordable excellence in product development, ensuring our solutions are both brilliant and accessible to a wide audience.- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to keep Mhymatch at the forefront of the AI space, delivering unparalleled value to our communities.- Monitor and report on technology performance metrics, using insights to guide strategic decisions and improve outcomes.- Mentor and develop a high-performing technology team, building a legacy of leadership and innovation at Mhymatch.Technologies to be used : - Vertex AI- Gemini- OpenAI- API Management- Voice User Interface (VUI)- Advanced System Architecture- GCP/AzureQualifications : - 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in AI-driven organizations.- Proven track record of leading technology teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, system architecture, and emerging technologies.Knowledge : - Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies.- Expertise in system architecture and software development best practices.Skills : - Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Attitude : - Visionary thinker with a passion for technology-driven social impact.- Proactive, innovative, and open to new ideas and approaches.- Committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment.Work Environment : - Dynamic and collaborative workspace with a hybrid working model.- Culture of innovation, continuous learning, and mutual respect.- Salary : We are looking for a Co-Founder and offering Equity only (ref:hirist.tech)
