HYPERION ADMIN JD : - Monitoring of the system for availability. - Analysis of security/application patches. - Application of security patches, application patches. - Backup and restoration activity of the application. - DR Drill activity. - Troubleshooting of the issues and prepare RCA. - Cutover/Maintenance support. - Health Check monitoring. - Housekeeping activity. - Support OS patching from DBA perspective up to 2 patching window / month. - Analyze and sustain capacity & performance requirements.- Auditing Support for adhoc requests. - Knowledge Management KEDB, knowledge article creation. - Maintain and update architecture document, SOPs. Overview : The Hyperion Admin, also known as Technical Account Manager (TAM) Hyperion Admin, plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining the organization's Hyperion infrastructure and providing technical support to internal teams. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of Hyperion applications and supporting end-users in optimizing their utilization of Hyperion tools.Key Responsibilities :- Manage and administer Hyperion applications and infrastructure.- Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for Hyperion systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.- Develop and implement Hyperion system enhancements and upgrades.- Conduct regular system maintenance and monitor performance to ensure stability.- Train and support end-users in utilizing Hyperion tools effectively.- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.- Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system integrations and updates.- Contribute to the development and enforcement of Hyperion system policies and best practices. Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in Hyperion administration and technical support.- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining Hyperion applications and modules.- Strong understanding of Oracle databases and SQL queries.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.- Experience in providing technical support to end-users.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.- Knowledge of Hyperion system integration and performance optimization.- Relevant certifications in Hyperion administration or Oracle technologies.
