Job Overview :We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Test Engineer to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications in the Utility industry. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities :- Define and implement test strategies covering manual and automated testing for different platforms and architectures.- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of test engineers skilled in manual and automated testing.- Hands-on experience in testing data-intensive applications, ETL, API, and database testing activities.- Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium for automated testing and Tosca for scripless testing.- Generate comprehensive test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to deliver high-quality products.- Evaluate and adopt new testing tools and technologies, particularly in ETL, API, and database testing.- Manage large releases in a multivendor environment.- Regularly update senior management on testing activities, milestones, and challenges.Qualifications :- 1+ years of experience as a test lead in a related field.- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Testing, including manual and automation.- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.- Strong interpersonal skills and highly proactive.
