Description:
This is a C2H roleWe are a highly skilled and experienced Oracle E-Business Contract Management Specialist to for our client. The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of assets and contracts within the Oracle E-Business Suite. This includes overseeing asset tracking, procurement, maintenance, disposal, as well as contract creation, negotiation, execution, and compliance monitoring. The candidate should have a strong understanding of asset and contract management principles, coupled with hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining Oracle E-Business modules related to asset and contract management.Responsibilities:Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts within the Oracle E-Business Suite, including but not limited to procurement, tracking, maintenance, disposal, contract creation, negotiation, execution, and compliance monitoring.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for asset and contract management processes within Oracle E-Business Suite.Configure and customize Oracle E-Business modules to meet the organization's specific asset and contract management needs.Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle E-Business Asset Management (eAM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements.Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, user guides, and training materials for asset and contract management processes within Oracle E-Business Suite.Conduct training sessions and provide user support to ensure effective utilization of Oracle E-Business asset and contract management functionalities.Stay updated on Oracle E-Business Suite enhancements, patches, and upgrades related to asset and contract management modules, and evaluate their impact on the organization & processes.Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization within asset and contract management workflows, leveraging Oracle E-Business Suite capabilities and industry best practices.Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed for Oracle E-Business asset and contract management projects.Adhere to established change management processes and procedures for implementing changes to Oracle E-Business asset and contract management configurations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and contractual obligations related to asset and contract management activities.Participate in meetings, workshops, and forums to share knowledge and best practices related to Oracle E-Business asset and contract management.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite implementation and support, with a focus on asset and contract management modules (eAM, CLM).Strong understanding of asset and contract management principles, processes, and best practices.Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle E-Business Suite modules, particularly Asset Management and Contracts modules.Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 or later versions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams and stakeholders.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Certifications in Oracle E-Business Suite modules related to asset and contract management (e.g., Oracle Asset Management, Oracle Contracts) are desirable.Knowledge of integration points between Oracle E-Business Suite asset and contract management modules and other modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, and Financials) is a plus.
