Description:
We are looking hire Director Embedded to our Global Client for Bangalore Location.Responsibilities:- Direct and coordinate planning and execution of all the projects within Embedded Software Engineering Services- Lead, Manage, Train, and/or provide guidance to the Sr.TMs/TMs/PMs towards improved planning and execution- Develops and utilizes performance metrics for all areas of direct responsibility to maintain alignment of team performance and Business unit goals. - Developing and maintains key metrics (i.e. Quality, Productivity, Financial, etc.) to measure and monitor performance- Maintain the RAG status of the entire team, Owning group's AoP targets and working along with sales and to coordinate for closure- Ability to develop Techno-commercial Proposal for the RFPs and presenting to customers- Knowledge and experience in Turnkey, SoW, T&M models for Embedded Systems and Software projects- Ability to plan the Lab Requirements and budgeting based on the market and industry roadmapsRequirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field, Master's degree preferred; MBA is a plus.- 5+ years of Director level management experience is required with 15+ years of overall experience in Embedded Software Development field- Knowledge of Software Development, Firmware Development, AWS backend, App development(Windows, Android) and SQA- Deep understanding of Embedded C/Linux, RTOS development for different Chipsets- Knowledge of Automation testing including Unit, Integration and End to End testing- Knowledge of Wireless domain; Device engineering / Network side ( i.e. 4G, 5G,Wi-Fi,BT,NFC, NbIoT and other wireless communication Standards & Protocols) is desirable- A proven track record of leading large(150 - 200 people), diverse teams- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage projects using SAFe Agile framework- Effective organization, Project management, and Task management skills that include the ability to plan, prioritize, organize, gather facts, and exercise sound judgment in problem solving and decision making.- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas and information to people at all levels of the organization.- Able to travel domestic and international to meet the customers (ref:hirist.tech)
