Profile : JIRA Admin. Experience : 3+ years. Location : Banglore. Description :Serve as a JIRA / Confluence administrator, subject matter expert and evangelist.Maintain a dedicated Atlassian JIRA / Confluence Cloud instance.Design and maintain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens, and field configurations.Manage user permissions and project roles for JIRA, Confluence, and other tools.Work directly with cross-functional agile teams to understand their specific JIRA needs and provide guidance and solutions.Perform routine audits of access lists and perform security tests to ensure restrictions are in place.Create and manage custom JQL filters and dashboards as needed.Train with JIRA Admin peers to learn program procedures and best practices.Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve JIRA issues reported by end-users.Recommend, test, install, and configure JIRA plugins and add-ons as needed.Develop training for groups of JIRA users and conduct classes on a regular basis.Perform bulk changes and CSV imports.Perform routine audits of the database to ensure consistent field usage and accurate reporting; work with. teams to resolve inconsistencies.Drive improvements to Confluence by reorganizing and archiving spaces and pages.Develop processes and improvements around tools administration.Coordinate with JIRA Admin peers and cross-functional agile teams to provide JIRA guidance, suggestions. and solutions as needed.Audit, improve and automate processes and workflows as needed.Support JIRA Admin peers with application, system, issue, and project configuration support as needed.Support JIRA Admin peers by designing and maintaining custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens. and field configurations as needed.On-call JIRA / Confluence support as needed, including nights and weekends.
