Notice period : 45 Days or less,Job Description :Must Have : - Deep Knowledge in Database (PostgreSQL , MYSQL and MariaDB)- Expert level understanding of Azure Networking, and Services.- Knowledge on Performance Tuning and High Availability.- Should know Azure Fundamentals (IAAS/PAAS)- Excellent Communication Skills Good to Have :- Incident Management- Disaster Recovery- Customer Handling- Problem Solving- Must have excellent Communication skills in terms of verbal and written.Role and Responsibilities :- Minimum 8+ of experience is required in Technical Support Roles- Administration support for PostgreSQL/MYSQL databases and Azure Cloud-based- Deep understanding of cloud computing on Azure Cloud- Should have troubleshooting knowledge in database with 24-7 support (Mandatory)- Act as a technical escalation point within the team.- Participate in case triage meetings to share- Knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.- Consistently share best practices with team members and help create a knowledge base article to solve/workaround that issue.- Manage all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness, and professionalism, whilst working towards achieving the KPI targets.- Experience working in a team environment, managing a diverse workload.- Must have Azure Networking knowledge.- Hand on experience in production support with Database experience- Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours.- Ability to take quick decisions, like when to escalate a ticket to next level.- Ability to comprehend the issue and act with swiftness.- Should be able to drive the technology design meetings.- Managing Security: Implementing an authentication mode; assigning logins to users and roles; assigning permissions to users and roles; planning security; managing application security- Provide operational support to key environments including user account management, workflow, and log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization.- Monitor Scheduled Jobs, Live Production Environment and other automation Jobs.- Export & Import the data Transfer.- Hands on experience in implementing the high availability techniques like Replication- Provided 24/7 Supports for Production, Development & Test Servers.- Optimized long running Stored Procedures & queries for effective data retrieval.- Creating databases, Tables, Stored procedures, Functions and Indexes.- Having good Knowledge in troubleshooting performance and High availability- Analyzing the growth, CPU and memory utilization trend of all PROD DBs and giving capacity proposal as required.- Must have Good Customer oriented skills whenever required on live call with customer and tends case towards good closure.- Need to take technical sessions with the teams enrich the knowledge levels and make benefit to the team- Have to maintain good collaborative skills with all teams.- Strong analytical skills- Excellent communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to present power point presentations- Ability to work independently and in a team.- Ability to work under pressure.- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
