Job Summary :This role requires a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Oracle Finance and R12 functionalities. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including :- Analyzing and understanding business requirements for Oracle Projects within the R12 EBS environment.- Designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle Projects functionalities.- Troubleshooting and resolving interface issues between Oracle Projects and other Oracle Finance modules (GL, AR, AP).- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and designing new enhancements to meet evolving business needs.- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle application design.- Creating, maintaining, and managing comprehensive documentation for all Oracle implementation and support initiatives.Essential Job Functions :- 5-12 years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant or a similar role.- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials (R12) with a focus on Oracle Projects modules.- Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) architecture and functionalities.- Proven experience in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and translating them into technical specifications.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work (ref:hirist.tech)
