Description:
Job Description :- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and identify test scenarios.- Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team.- Identify opportunities to enhance test automation coverage and efficiency.- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process and quality assurance practices.- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on automation best practices.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role, with at least X years of experience in automation testing.- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
