Description:
You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.Responsibilities :- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to understand their challenges and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC).- Support the Salesforce Administrator team by assessing the impact of new implementations.- Collaborate with the Solution Architect to estimate project scope and timelines.- Oversee the timely delivery of project deliverables from both onshore and offshore teams.- Define and manage project priorities while considering team member capacity.- Facilitate and lead daily standup meetings using Agile practices.- Report project status updates to customers and develop necessary documentation.- Manage the entire software project lifecycle (E2E) from requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and implementation.- Implement Agile development methodology using Scrum principles.- Communicate project objectives clearly to the team and provide coaching to optimize team efficiency.- Identify and manage project risks proactively.- Track project progress and budget, and take corrective action as needed.- Document project decisions and lessons learned.Technical Skills & Requirements :Must-have Skills :- Prince2 or PMP certification (mandatory)- Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum)- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager roleNice-to-have Skills : Experience with Salesforce administrationAdditional Skills :- Excellent communication, both written and verbal- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Time management and organizational skills- Strong leadership and coaching skills- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines (ref:hirist.tech)
