Job Description :You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of complex e-commerce solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform.This role bridges the gap between front-end development and back-end engineering, requiring a strong understanding of both disciplines.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement user-friendly and responsive user interfaces (UI) for SFCC storefronts using ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with SFCC functionalities and APIs.- Customize SFCC storefronts using SFRA and Business Manager, including custom objects, preferences, content slots, and more.- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for data exchange between SFCC and other systems.- Collaborate with designers and product owners to translate design mockups into functional UI elements.- Optimize front-end performance for fast loading times and a smooth user experience. - Implement and maintain modern front-end build pipelines and tools.- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies related to SFCC, front-end development, and back-end development.Qualifications :- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on web technologies.- Proven proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.- Solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and its customization capabilities (SFRA, Business Manager).- Experience working with SFCC core components such as custom objects, custom preferences, content slots, etc.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API integration concepts.- Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e. g. , Webpack, Gulp).- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
