Role : Technical Project Manager. Exp : 7+ years. Location : Work from office - Bengaluru, India. Time : UAE hours (9am to 6pm GST). Expected start : Immediate 2 weeks.Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various technical projects within the organization.- This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.Responsibilities :- Lead the delivery of projects and services according to client requirements and contractual agreements.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and project teams.- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.- Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.- Communicate project objectives, status updates, and risks to stakeholders.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise.- Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and post-mortems.- Collaborate with technical teams to define project requirements and deliverables.- Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics.- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment within the project team.- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.- Lead project review meetings and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.- Provide leadership and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience managing technical projects, preferably in a software development environment.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in project management tools and software.- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
