Despite being bootstrapped, we're committed to quality and user satisfaction.Be part of our journey to success!Job Timings:- Flexible scheduling: 5-hour workdays .- Commitment: 2-3 days of work per week required.- Work arrangement: Remote work from home available.- Moonlighters welcome: Encouraged for those seeking additional opportunities.- Office presence: Occasionally required, typically 2 days per month, for outstation candidates online meets will suffice. Key Responsibilities:- Thoroughly test each functionality of the portals to ensure quality and user satisfaction.- Lead responsibilities as required, mentoring/training less experienced staff.- Escalate encountered issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.- Create and document test cases using the ALM application and prepare testing artifacts.- Handle confidential information responsibly and meet deadlines ethically.- Estimate work effort accurately and collaborate with the team on system and business requirements validation.Qualifications:- Strong VB scripting and Excel Macros skills.- Demonstrated understanding of formal software test design techniques and SDLC.- Ability to estimate work effort accurately and document business requirements.- Relevant testing experience or operations background preferred.- Strong leadership skills and willingness to adapt in an ever-changing industry.
