Be part of our dynamic team driving change and shaping the future!Location : Malad West, Mumbai suburbs.Job Type : Full-timeJob Timings :- Full-time opportunity with hybrid working mode.- Candidates from Mumbai preferred.- Office presence required: 4 days per month.Key Responsibilities :1. Project Planning and Initiation :- Collaborate closely with clients to understand website requirements and objectives.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and create a comprehensive project plan.- Determine resource requirements, timelines, and budget estimates for each project.2. Team Collaboration :- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.- Provide clear direction, set priorities, and ensure efficient task assignment and completion.3. Project Execution :- Oversee design, development, and content creation processes to align with project objectives.- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and address potential delays or roadblocks.- Conduct regular team meetings and update stakeholders on project status.4. Client Communication :- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.- Manage client expectations by ensuring a clear understanding of project scope and timelines.5. Quality Assurance :- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure websites meet design, functionality, and performance standards.- Coordinate user testing and gather feedback for necessary improvements before launch.6. Risk Management :- Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.- Proactively address issues during the project to prevent escalation.7. Project Documentation :- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting notes, and client communications.- Ensure all documentation is organized and accessible for future reference.8. Project Closure :- Conduct final reviews and user testing to ensure websites meet all requirements.- Coordinate website launch and manage post-launch activities or optimizations.- Conduct project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.9. Business Requirements Document (BRD) :- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements clearly and comprehensively.- Create and maintain BRDs outlining user needs, system behavior, data flow, and use cases.- Validate requirements feasibility with technical teams and update BRDs as needed based on feedback.10. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :- Review and understand project requirements, designing and executing test cases.- Collaborate with teams to identify and report defects, ensuring software meets acceptance criteria.- Provide feedback on user experience, interface design, and overall system functionality.- Participate in test planning, execution, and documentation of test results.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree with a focus on project management (Master's preferred but not required).- Proven experience in successful operations and project leadership, preferably within a startup environment.- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for technology and digital innovation.- Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.- Undergraduates currently pursuing engineering, if sufficiently skilled, are also encouraged to apply.
