Job Summary :The Data Services Project Lead is a proficient expert in Project Management and holds the responsibility for executing approved projects. This also involves breaking down projects into work stream tasks and assigning them to the development team. Progress is monitored closely, and expected completion dates are communicated to project requesters through weekly touch points or other relevant communication methods.Responsibilities :- Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to comprehend business requirements thoroughly.- Understand project handoff process from governance approval.- Break down projects into work stream tasks and monitor progress throughout.- Create tasks and assign them in Azure DevOps.- Establish sprint plans to determine project/task completion timelines.- Lead daily stand-ups and weekly update meetings to track project progress effectively.- Facilitate various project management touch points based on the size and complexity of the project.- Provide project updates to leaders upon request.- Offer architectural guidelines as needed.Required Skillsets :- Possess strong Project Management Skills with over 6 years of experience in leading development teams in an agile environment.- Accumulate at least 4 years of working experience in the Manufacturing domain.- Demonstrate proficiency in Data Modeling.- Extensive working knowledge in Azure DevOps using Epics/Features/User Stories/Tasks.- Understanding of Snowflake SQL commands to aid in data validation is desirable.- Capable of multitasking between multiple requesters, driving current project tasks, and reporting sprint results to leaders.- Must exhibit organizational skills in managing project handoffs, email requests, and project updates.- Ability to break down projects into deliverables, estimate work, assign tasks, and follow up with results.- Familiarity with agile principles and IT project management is beneficial.- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficient presentation, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and conceptualization skills.- Should possess strong leadership, customer focus, and influential skills.Work Timings : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST (Approx). Skills : - Pl/Sql ,sql, manufacturing, agile principles, snowflake ,azure, devops, data modeling. (ref:hirist.tech)
