About the Role :- We are searching for a skilled Citrix Administrator with 6-9 years of experience to join our team.- This role requires a strong understanding of Citrix products, experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and a passion for providing exceptional technical support.- The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting and communication skills and be available for an immediate start (within 0-15 days).Responsibilities :- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure on-premises and in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)- Design and implement secure single sign-on solutions using Citrix ADC and SAML (e.g. ADFS, Any IdP)- Migrate on-premises Citrix XenApp deployments with Citrix ADC to the AWS cloud- Manage Citrix XenApp environments with multiple sites and farms- Configure and maintain Citrix patch management and policies- Configure Roaming and Streaming profiles for user personalization- Plan, execute, and manage Citrix upgrades and farm migrations- Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting (e.g. IIS log cleanup, basic deployments, application pool recycling)- Adhere to ITIL service management principles and utilize ticketing tools- Implement and follow change management and problem management processes- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues- Provide excellent technical support to end-users- Collaborate effectively with internal teamsQualifications :- 6-9 years of experience in Citrix administration (Citrix Certified Professional - L3 or equivalent)- Proven experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and Citrix ADC- Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP- Experience with SAML Single Sign-On protocols and identity providers (ADFS, Any IdP)- Understanding of Citrix patch management and policy configuration- Familiarity with Roaming and Streaming profiles- Experience with Citrix upgrades and farm migrations- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for basic automation tasks- Working knowledge of ITIL service management framework and ticketing tools- Experience with change management and problem management processes- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
