Salary : 32 -40LPAJob Description :About the Role :We are seeking a highly experienced Java Architect to join our team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise-grade Java applications. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a strong grasp of Java technologies, software design principles, and a passion for building innovative and scalable solutions. Responsibilities :- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team - Design, develop, and implement complex software features using Java and related technologies - Participate in code reviews and ensure high coding standards and best practices - Architect and design robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions - Select and implement appropriate design patterns and architectural approaches - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the development team - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java and related technologies - Work effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployment and integration processes - Perform unit testing and contribute to the development of a comprehensive testing strategy Qualifications :- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Java development and architecture - Demonstrated proficiency in Java, Eclipse IDE, OSGi, Maven, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, JUnit 4 & 5 (or similar testing frameworks) - Familiarity with runtime environments, white-board coding patterns, and OSGi concepts - Proficient understanding of microservices architecture and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to mentor and guide junior developers - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills (ref:hirist.tech)
