The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an early-stage start-up, working directly with clients across B2B and B2C industries. Here is a ground-floor-level opportunity to be part of a growing company that aims to impact decision-making using data in large organizations.Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Oversee the technical aspects of BI tool implementation and delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and effective.Project Coordination: Work closely with the sales and data teams to identify potential projects, participate in proposal development, and ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.BI Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the BI strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in our BI offerings.Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead efforts in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, providing actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their BI needs, offering solutions that meet their business objectives.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, from initial proposal to final delivery.Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members on BI tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Requirements: Proven 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, with a strong background in technical delivery of BI solutions.3+ years of expertise in BI tools and platforms (e. g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to lead cross-functional teams.Business development experience, with a track record of identifying and securing new projects, is highly desirable.
