Description:

Responsibilities :- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement complex ABAP programs, reports, forms, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.- Leverage expertise in core ABAP functionalities including reports, enhancements, conversion programs, SAPScript, SmartForms, BDC, DMEE, LSMW, Exits, Dialog Programming, Data Dictionary, RFCs, and BADIs.- Possess in-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented (OO) concepts in SAP ABAP.- Demonstrate exceptional ABAP debugging skills using SAP Code Inspector and other standard development tools.- Lead and guide team members (onshore/offshore) through effective planning, communication, and status updates.- Provide best practices for SAP development, promote standardization, and adhere to quality coding principles.- Share knowledge, best practices, and cultivate strong relationships with colleagues.- Translate business/functional requirements into clear and concise technical specifications.- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.- Develop and implement technical solutions that align with the underlying SAP architecture and integrate seamlessly with other systems.- Identify opportunities for business process and system improvement through strategic thinking.- Experience in niche areas including Workflow, Adobe Forms, HANA checks/HANA Migration is a plus.- Proven track record of working on HR Forms and payslip design using HRFORMS.- Experience with BAPI, RFC, SAPScript, Smart Forms, ALE/IDOC, BDC, and Workflow.- Familiarity with ABAP CDS and OData Services is a strong advantage.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development in implementation or support roles for at least 4 projects.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
