The company has now carved out a separate fintech vertical tasked with digital transformation using cutting-edge technology and bringing in fresh talent.Job Description :The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for Ventura's online trading platforms and resolving any application-related issues. We'll need you to bring :- Bachelors or Masters Degree - Engineering / Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.- Experience in Application Support and Technical Support.- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.- Experience with trading platforms and financial services.- Experience with programming languages such as Java and Python.- Very strong experience with SQL.- Hands-on with scripting languages - preferably Python but bash will also do.- Hands-on AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply - AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.- Battle-tested production monitoring experience in a D2C environment with at least 40-50k users daily.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.What you get :- Chance to be a part of a Supportive Support team to build out next-gen fintech products.- Opportunity to influence the design of the product.- Flat org structure.
