Description:
Job Description :We are seeking a skilled BI Developer with expertise in Qlik Sense and QlikView, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions that support decision-making processes within the organization.Responsibilities :Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense and QlikView applications to meet business requirements.Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into BI systems.Create and optimize data models and visualizations to provide insights into business performance.Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the BI environment.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the BI space to continuously improve our BI capabilities.Provide support and troubleshooting for BI applications and resolve any issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive BI initiatives and deliver actionable insights.Maintain documentation of BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and report specifications.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence development.Proficiency in Qlik Sense and QlikView development, including scripting, data modeling, and visualization.Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Informatica, or similar.Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL programming skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Relevant certifications in Business Intelligence or related technologies (e.g. Qlik Sense/QlikView Developer Certification) preferred.Proven track record of delivering high-quality BI solutions on time and within budget.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment (ref:hirist.tech)
