About the role :We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Program Manager - PMP Certified to join our team on a contractual basis. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.Role Title : Technical Program ManagerLocation : Trivandrum / ChandigarhExperience : 10+ YearsEducational Qualification : Bachelor / Master's degree in CS/ME/ITRoles & Responsibilities :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.- Act as a point of contact for technical issues, facilitating resolution and escalation when necessary.- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.You are close if you have :- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technical environment.- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.- Experience in Node.js and React.js development.- Good understanding of the OOPs concept.- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
