The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the banking domain, with an exceptional ability to translate complex data sets into meaningful business insights that drive informed decisions.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data related to banking activities such as transactions, credit risk, customer behavior, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.- Design and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics pipelines using SQL.- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data manipulation, analysis, and automation purposes.- Utilize machine learning algorithms to build predictive models, perform clustering analysis, and enhance decision-making processes within the bank.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to integrate analytics into all aspects of the business.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to data governance standards within the banking industry.- Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for senior management, highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions relevant to the bank's objectives.- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions based on data-driven insights.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
