Job Title: Sales Manager - CASA Deposit Company: Leading Private Bank Location: Delhi Role Overview: We are hiring Sales Managers to join our esteemed team at one of the leading private banks in Delhi. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) deposits through open market channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong sales acumen and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed CASA deposit targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the open market segment. Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive business growth. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account opening processes and exceptional customer service. Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry. In-depth knowledge of CASA products and expertise in open market sales strategies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
