Job Description :What You'll Do :- Mentor a team of developers to build and release product features on MERN stack. - Role will involve 100% engineering development activates. - Implement Software Engineering practices like Agile, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and best coding practices through the development cycles. - Conduct regular reviews on code and all aspects of engineering product development cycle. - Work closely with the leadership team in driving product enhancements.Who You Are :- 10+ years of Hands-on technical expertise - Must have relevant experience in designing, building, maintaining, and extending large-scale production systems - Have deep expertise in React.js, Node JS, and MongoDB - Proven leadership skills; courage to challenge with candor, motivate and inspire teams - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, for both technical and non-technical audiences- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.- Conduct thorough testing of features to ensure high quality and bug-free software.- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues reported by users.- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies, and continuously improve your technical skills.- Contribute to the improvement of the development processes and tools used by the team.- Collaborate with other team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
