Education and Work Experience Requirements: This section is used to describe what knowledge, skills and abilities are required to perform the daily tasks.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers both in English.- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.- Provide clarification on bridge calls for critical incidents.- Ontime delivery as per agreed ETAs- Ensure quality of deliverables- Analysis on user stories and clarifications with BA- Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions for implementation.- Experience in Production Support would be a value add.- Experience on IOT/Connected Cars would be a value add.- Experience in Production Support and interacting with Customer would be a value add.- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Azure DevOps - VSTSMandatory Skills: - C#, .Net, MS SQL server, Azure.- Azure services, azure service fabric, log analytics, Kusto (Application Insights), Azure storage, Service Bus, and Service Fabric (Micro Service), Function Apps, API management, Cosmos DB- Unit Test Cases- Basic knowledge in DevOps- Working experience of Azure- Azure Developer Certification (AZ-204)Good to have:- UI skills - HTML, CSS, Angular JS, JavaScript Ensure that the security roles are appropriately assigned to users and tested thoroughly before deployment.- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)Good to have skills:- Identify areas of improvement and propose solutions for implementation.- Experience in Production Support would be value add.- Experience on IOT would be a value add.- Experience in Production Support and interacting with Customer would be value add.- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Able to work with functional consultants to refine roles and authorizations to the granular level of authorization object.
