Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in any backend development (Java, .NET, or Node.js) or full-stack engineering. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about transitioning to and mastering Python AI technology stack. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about AI technologies and eager to expand their skills in Python. Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high performance python AI solutions. - Architect scalable and high-performance backend systems using Java, .NET, or Node.js, as well as integrate AI functionalities using Python. - Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams. - Drive innovation and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies. - Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions. - Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI applications. - Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack engineering. - Strong proficiency in at least one backend technology such as Java, .NET, or Node.js. - Solid understanding of Python programming language and its ecosystem. - Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts effectively. - Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team. - Candidate need to have B1 Visa (ref:hirist.tech)
