Job Description :As an Expert Back stack Solution Engineer, your mission will be to develop and deploy the technical and functional specifications from the Solution Designers / Business Architects / Business Analysts, guaranteeing the correct operability and the compliance with the internal quality levels. Initially, you will be focus in Smart Contract development for Lending area, therefore a base business knowledge (Loan, RPA,.) is a key start point.We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts :Key Responsibilities :- Develop the required specifications, through the delivery of services and technical Backend components required for its operation with a view of your own development and its integration with other teams and systems.- You will document your solutions in the Group Santander tools : JIRA, Confluence, ALM - Ensure the code quality required by Santander standards.- Participate in all aspects of Development lifecycle.- Work with QA and Business Analysts to analyse issues and creating solutions.- Understand product business requirements and review user stories, to detect and remove defects early in the product development life cycle.- Participate in Agile development processes including communicating ideas, questions, and concerns openly with the team.- Participate in relevant agile events: planning and estimation, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.- Working collaboratively with product owners, business analysts, developers, and testers to ensure quality is built into our applications as new features and technologies are introduced.Key Requirements :Mandatory :- Experience developing under TypeScript.(JavaScript could be evaluable)- Experience in programming backend applications, ideally on Agile- Experience in API management and development under Graphql technology.- Knowledge of financial products.- Mainly Banking product (Loan, RPA, )- Experience developing under Java Spring boot technology.- Java version 17 (11 minimum required)- Experience working in event driver architecture.- Good communication skills in both verbal and written.- English mandatory, Spanish nice to have.- Must have a pro-active, positive, open, and collaborative approach to work with others in the teamAdvantageous : - Experience managing cloud computer services (Openshift, Kubernetes.)- Experience in Github, Jenkins and Urbancode in a continuous integrating workflow- Experience in DDBB query development (Oracle)- Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's (ref:hirist.tech)
