Key Responsibilities :- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 UI/UX designers, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output.- Collaborate with product management, business, and other stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web-based software applications,focusing on usability and user experience.- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, XD), and other design software to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.- Participate in design reviews and present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs.- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies to ensure designs are modern, innovative, and effective.Requirements : - Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Master's Degree in Design or a related field is a plus.- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for software applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and other relevant software.- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work for web-based applications.- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a design team.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions to various stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.- Passionate about creating user-centred designs that provide seamless user experiences.
