We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Angular Lead Developer to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will lead a team of talented developers in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications using the Angular framework. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Angular architecture, best practices, and related technologies to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet our business needs.Responsibilities : Technical Leadership :- Possess 8-10 years of experience developing and leading Angular web applications.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Angular and related web technologies (e.g., RxJS, NgRx, Nx).- Participate in code reviews, identify potential issues, and ensure code quality adheres to best practices.Architecture and Design :- Design and implement scalable and maintainable Angular applications using best practices in component structure, state management, and testing.- Collaborate with architects and designers to translate UI/UX requirements into robust and user-friendly web interfaces.Full-Stack Development :- Possess a strong understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).- Experience integrating with back-end APIs using RESTful or GraphQL protocols is a plus.Problem-Solving and Communication :- Effectively troubleshoot complex technical challenges and develop efficient solutions.- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders.Tools and Technologies :- Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest and Jasmine is a plus.- Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks like Cypress or Protractor is a plus.- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack or Nx is a plus.- Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
