Job Title : Infrastructure Delivery Manager - Enterprise Service ManagementQualification : Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Work Location : Bangalore (Karnataka)Work Mode : Hybrid (Should be ready to work from office as in when required)Work Timing (PST hours) : 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM / 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM (IST)Salary : Best in the Industry (Negotiable as per Industry Standards)Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated person in the IT Infrastructure space who can grow and nurture our internal and client engagements in our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practice. The candidate should possess a strong technical background and familiarity with various infrastructure platforms and the cloud. They should be able to engage with various clients onsite during US Working hours and be able to give specific instructions to the project team on their work. We are looking for a person with strong customer and stakeholder engagement skills. They should further be able to guide the offshore team, take ownership of engagements, work with the organization's leadership in competency building, and develop the team. Candidates should come with experience of consulting with the client to make value-added recommendations in improving technical efficiencies in the client infrastructure to achieve cost savings and recommend strategic long-term solutions.Job Responsibilities :1) Be the single point of contact between the India Delivery Team and the ESM Practice Head based in the US2) Drive all internal and client work including but not limited toa) IT Operations Support (L1/L2/L3), IT Admin Support, Maintenance of the client infrastructureb) Manage and Nurture Client Relationship and Client Projectsc) Improve technical efficiencies in the client infrastructured) Recommend strategic long-term solutions and create collaterals/case studies for showcasing the work done by the Practice and success stories and assist in Proposal creation whenever required to take our offerings to existing/new client3) Oversee and monitor the work of the India Team members4) Do day-to-day work allocation and ensure timely completion as per the client SLAs and Project deadlines5) Enable the team to enhance knowledge and cross-skill themselves on various tools/software/platforms to diversify their technical abilities6) Guide and Mentor team members7) Enable Team Members growth through empowerment, identifying and providing opportunities to prove themselves8) Continuously engage with the client to proactively identify and address any potential risks and issues and manage them; Resolve issues whenever they arise9) Alert ITSoli Leadership on any potential issues, situations, and customer complaints10) Participate in employee hiring and onboarding process by conducting technical interviews; facilitate client interviews11) Carry out periodic performance assessments of the team and provide feedbackKey Requirements :1) 8-12 years overall experience in Enterprise Service Management covering the following service linesa) IT Services: IT Platforms, Productivity tools and Applicationsb) IT Service Management: IT & Enterprise Service Management Platforms & Servicesc) IT Infrastructure and cloud services (including DevOps)2) Minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager3) Have Technical hands-on Skills in at least any of the following three areasa) Cloud: Azure cloud, VMware, Nutanix. Knowledge of any other cloud areas is a definite plusb) Identity and Access Management: Okta, Azure Active Directoryc) IT Platforms: Microsoft 365 Services, Google Workspaces (Preferably M365)d) Cloud Storage: OneDrive, Google Drive, Box, and Dropboxe) Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.f) Mobile Data Management: Intune, AirWatchg) SaaS Tools: ServiceNowh) Others: Jira, Confluence, Git, Chef, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.4) Excellent Stakeholder Management skills including the ability to engage with the client5) Good problem-solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans and Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) (ref:hirist.tech)
