Job Description : Work Location : Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Pune/ChennaiJob Responsibilities :- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business, gather requirements, and oversee projects from beginning to end.- Document requirements. - Develop and define project roadmaps. - Write user stories.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with focus on Salesforce CPQ implementation.- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.- Strong understanding of sales and revenue process within the context of CPQ.- Facilitate business solutions. - Manage Salesforce projects. - Create and deliver business presentations.- Manage and analyses Salesforce implementations and Apply frameworks and methodology to Salesforce projects- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce CPQ implementation.- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, ensuring the system aligns with company goals and objectives.- Hands-on pricing strategies, discounting rules, and product bundling within Salesforce CPQ.- Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce CPQ configurations, processes, and workflows.- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills Require : Process Maps/ BRD/FRD/ User Stories/High Level Design. (ref:hirist.tech)
