Job Description :Role & Responsibilities :Design, develop, and maintain Backend and Frontend components using Python, React JS, Mongo DB, and other relevant technologies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and architects, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and services that seamlessly integrate with other components and external systems.Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.Identify and resolve technical issues, troubleshoot, and debug production incidents in a timely manner.Build scalable, high-performance backend systems capable of handling large volumes of data and traffic.Optimize existing systems for improved efficiency, performance, and reliability.Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability.Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers to foster their professional growth.Ideal Candidate :Strong experience in Back-End Web and Front-End Development.Experience in developing scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.Strong knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data management.Strong expertise in Python, React JS or similar skills with an in-depth understanding of their ecosystems and best practices.Experience designing and developing scalable, high-traffic backend systems.Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, or Mongo DB.Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Azure) and serverless computing.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
