Senior Software Developer - MEAN/MERN Stack (3-5 yrs) Mumbai (Backend Developer)

Description:
We are looking for an experienced developer who also can seamlessly bridge the gap between project management and development. In this role, you will lead the development of our customers' web products and be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client discussions to final project delivery, while actively participating in the development process. You will be someone whose expertise in web design and attention-to-detail (as a designer and as a developer) translates into an innovative online presence, ensuring great user experience. Communication skills are highly desirable.Key Responsibilities :Development :Lead the development team in building web applications, websites, and digital solutions.Design and develop front-end and back-end web architecture.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and industry standards.Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.Collaborate with designers, front-end developers to ensure seamless project execution.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during development.Take on new and unproven tasks in order to develop new business ideas and opportunities that help lead the company to future success.Project Management :Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones and deliverables.Coordinate and communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients and internal teams.Conduct regular project meetings and provide clear direction to the development team.Supervise a team of web professionals by developing effective training procedures, appropriate task assignments, positive customer experiences and top-quality control processes.Experience sought :Bachelor's degree in IT Field, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Extensive development experience (3+ years) with the following technologies :MERN/MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js / Node.js, React.js, Angular.js)Additional Frontend tools: HTML5/CSS, Javascript, WordpressAnimation libraries such as GSAP/Three.jsAdditional Backend and Database tools: Python and MySQLExperience in server administration such as Linux, AWSExperience in tools such as Github, Bitbucket/PipelinesStrong managerial skills with a track record of successfully managing web development projects with small and large teams.Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in content and web design & developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams (including designers).Ability to lead teams through prioritizing and completing multiple concurrent projects, ready to take decisions based on constraints.Entrepreneurial nature and client-centric approach are desirable.Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
