With a new dubbing product about to hit the market, the timing couldn't be better!Job Description :We are looking for a Software QA Engineer with Digital Accessibility testing experience who will help drive and improve the quality assurance function and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliance within Murf AI.The QA Engineer will be responsible for identifying failure points using various data models, and influencing automation.You would be the gatekeeper for launching any new features, ensuring our users have a glitch-free experience with Murf.Roles and Responsibilities:- Prepare test design templates and test plans and perform hands on testing, with a natural ability to deliver on short timelines- Document test scripts and track issues in Murf AI Studio.- Work with Developers, product managers, and other functional team members to understand the requirements and determine required scope of testing- Collaborate with different functional groups to identify gaps, prioritize, and resolve issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in CS or other related fields- 6 months to 3 years of experience working and testing software applications- Basic knowledge of HTML, ARIA, CSS and JavaScript and browser behaviour- Good understanding of white/black box testing, smoke testing, sanity testing and regression testing- Experience working with trackers such as Redmine/Bugzilla/Jira etc.- Ability to find the root cause of open production support tickets quickly- Debugging skills, able to convey and explain bug causes as a subject matter expert- Ability to influence the development team to fix backlog bugs by clearly articulating the problemWhy Murf.ai?Murf AI is revolutionising creative workflows for businesses through the utilization of our cutting-edge AI technology.
