Skill RequirementBackend Technologies:- Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and working knowledge of TypeScript.- Experienced in working with Node.js and prior hands-on experience with at-least one of its popular frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js, etc.).- Familiarity with PHP.Database Technologies:- Experienced in working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)Good To Have:- Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker.- Prior experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB) is a plus.- Knowledge of caching systems like Redis would be advantageous.Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using Node.js and popular frameworks like Express.js or Nest.js.- Implement business logic and data processing functionalities for warehouse, logistics, and supply chain management processes.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the backend and frontend layers.- Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Perform unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.- Monitor and troubleshoot backend systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.- Participate in the deployment and maintenance of backend applications.- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in backend development.Minimum Qualifications:- 3-6 years of professional experience in backend development for a startup or MNC.- Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and working knowledge of TypeScript.- Experience working with Node.js and at least one of its popular frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js, etc.).- Familiarity with PHP (a plus).- Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) (ref:hirist.tech)
