Our client provides purpose-built business and technology solutions that optimize performance to enable data-driven outcomes for their customers. Over last 30 years have they have provided services to many fortune 500 companies, catering to different segments (like banking, life sciences, healthcare etc.) and has employee strength of around 1400.We are looking for a Netsuite Technical Lead, who can lead the project, to work on new implementations, upgrade and ongoing support projects. - Good performers will be rewarded with our well-designed recognition programs.- We will provide opportunities for deserved candidates for skillset enhancement in cross platform skills like Oracle Technical, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, BI development etc.Responsibilities :- Expertise in Suite Commerce and very proficient in SuiteScript.- Should have participated in multiple end-to-end Suite Commerce implementations with customizations and integrations with third party apps- Responsible for the delivery of customization services for NetSuite clients- Analyse and troubleshoot complex system/user issues and coordinate issue resolution across users, technical team, and vendors as needed- Perform administrative tasks in netsuite ERP like roles and permissions etc- Ensure users are provided professional, courteous and timely support and service- Working with the rest of the Consulting department, this position will quickly assess client needs, develop innovative plans to solve their problems and implement these plans to the client's satisfaction.- A Consultant must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively. Finding new ways to constantly improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients is a top priority.- Daily interaction with customers, delivery of NetSuite solutions, and close communication with Project Manager and other team members.- Facilitating customer workshops, driving the agenda, securing support at all levels, and implementing NetSuite.- Provide ongoing technical guidance and hands-on training to end-users, Create technical and user documentation- Create forms, dashboards, reports, scripts, alerts, and workflows as per business need- Integrate NetSuite with external applications as requiredBasic Qualifications :- Previous experience working with NetSuite ERP and OneWorld is mandatory - Experience in creating custom scripts with SuiteScript1.0 and 2.0 (Client, User event, Suitelet, Restlet, scheduled, Map-Reduced, Workflow action script) - 5+ years working experience in NetSuite SuiteScript and Integrations/Web Services - NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification is a plusWe are not looking for someone who is :- Never Worked with Clients directly.
